The thought of such a daunting task like how to sell my comics might scare you… But we are here to make that task easy and rewarding. This decision might be emotional due to the circumstances leading you here. We promise to make the process as stress free as possible and will give you the best pricing around. We will sort the books into Key Issues and show you the grading process and where we obtain our Fair Market Value. Books that are referred to as common books will be priced at bulk rate with separate pricing for modern, silver, and golden age books. All these things take the scary thought of “how to sell my comics” and turns into a fairy tale.
Selling Comics FAQ
Q: When do you buy comics?
A: We buy collections everyday. However, we do ask that you leave it with us if it’s a larger collection or if we have customers in the store.
Q: What’s the going rate?
A: most places will give you 10 -20 cents for common issues no matter the age. We give 25 cents for modern/copper/bronze (newer stuff), 75 cents for silver (older), and $1 for golden age (much older). Keep in mind these are for common issues and not the rare ones. Rare ones are priced up to 65% of fair market value if in “Near Mint” condition with subsequent percentage lowering as the comics grade lowers.
Q: Do you buy things other than comics?
A: Yes, We will buy almost all collectibles including statues, toys, Pokemon cards, Magic the gathering cards, and Yu-Gi-Oh cards. We will be happy to look at what you have but we can’t guarantee we will buy it.
Q: What about Manga and Trade Paperbacks?
A: Yep, We will buy those too!
